Cancellations

​

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. This allows us time to fill the appointment and patch test if required.

If you cancel or move an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we will try our best to fill the appointment, if we are unsuccessful there will be a 50% charge.

No shows will be charged 100% of the service. This policy is to protect out business and our team. We are all self employed and all have chair rent to pay.

Please note that some salon services will require a non-refundable booking. This will be disclosed to you when you book.

Appointments

Can we kindly ask all of our guests to be on time for their appointment. Our team are super busy and want to make sure they have the dedicated time they need with all of their guests. Being late can result in a whole day being interrupted.

Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may be cancelled with a fee or your service may be shortened. This is in place to protect our team and to ensure that we are giving all of our clients the best service possible.

Refunds

​

All services are non-refundable under any circumstances. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service provided, you must let your stylist know at your appointment or within the following 48 hours. A follow up appointment will then be made to assess the situation and rectify if necessary.

Failure to follow this policy will result in any offer of resolution being withdrawn.
